How Quickly Can I Book My Private Jet Charter?
Oftentimes, you as the passenger need to get from A to B in the shortest amount of time possible, so a private jet is a perfect solution. Booking your jet charter takes little to no time with our more-than-competent team ready to take you to the skies. You will be required to provide us with:
● Mention your destination(s)
● Passport and Visa Copy
● Any services you require pre-, during and post-departure such as on-board catering,
transport to/from the airport, lounge access, etc.
The immigration and customs process is lightning speed as it is done when the passenger arrives at the VIP lounge! . You will also receive a flight brief outlining what you can expect pre-flight, during the flight and post-flight based on your requirements.
When Can I Actually Fly After Booking?
Depending on your destination, we can get you up in the air within a matter of hours. However, there are certain scenarios to be aware of before expecting to fly:
Scenario 1: When flying across multiple countries, it is important for all airspaces to provide permissions to the chartered jet to fly through them. In some instances, it can take up to 72 hours depending on the permissions of those countries as well as the flight path set on availability. To avoid any of these delays, we suggest booking your private chartered flight a couple of days in advance. However, in many instances, short notice flights are not a problem!
Scenario 2: Private jets, just like commercial airliners, are not immune to significant weather changes, natural catastrophes or even airport operating timings, so this may cause some unforeseen delays. However, it is our duty and joy to provide you with alternative solutions, which we can communicate to you in the instance that it may occur.
Scenario 3: Pilots and crew are often not allowed to fly above a certain amount of hours as per international aviation regulations. If you are planning a long-haul flight, it is advised to notify us in advance to provide adequate arrangements to ensure your flight is as enjoyable as possible.
